Marketing Coordinator

Qualifications:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in any field.

Has at least two years of experience in marketing, events coordination, or administrative support.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and content creation.

Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Events & Presentations: Coordinate exhibits, client meetings, and product presentations, including the preparation of all supporting marketing materials and site visit logistics.

Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and marketing campaigns to drive brand engagement.

Administrative Support: Provide full administrative assistance to the marketing team, managing documentation, scheduling, and reporting.

Social Media Management: Oversee social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and posting consistent content.

Brand Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a unified brand vision across all marketing channels.

Sales Enablement: Support sales representatives with document preparation, local sourcing, vendor accreditation, and general task fulfillment.

General Support: Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned to meet evolving marketing, sales, and company-wide objectives.
